    St. Pete/Clearwater, Florida is a destination for anyone looking to get away this winter for some fun in the sun. With an array of exciting local culture, art, and cuisine, in St. Pete/Clearwater you’ll never run out of things to do or wonderful places eats. Here’s a list of some of the areas most indulgent and mouth watering spots for foodies. 

    Fo’Cheezy Twisted Meltz

    This spot lives up to its name with deleicious cheesy melts. Here you will find delectable ingredients to create the ultimate grilled sandwich. Located in St. Pete Beach, this is the perfect spot for lunch after a morning of sun and sand. Try the Mac n’ Rib for a ridiculously good mac n’ cheese and pulled pork grilled cheese with bacon and crispy onions. For something sweet, try one of their decked-out milkshakes which are topped with whipped cream, Twinkies, cookie crumbs, and all sorts of amazing sweets. Their menu is one-of-a-kind and so is this restaurants aesthetic. With walls decked out in graffiti-style art will keep your artistic side engaged as you chow down.

    Madison Avenue Pizza

    Don’t let the name fool you, this NY-style pizzeria is located just outside St. Pete’s in Dunedin and it’s got all the ingredients for awarding winning pizza. Winner of the Best of the Bay “Best Pizza” award, and stamped with the People’s Choice 2022 “Best of the Best” approval, here you’ll find a vast menu of pizza, Italian American classic,s and indulgent desserts. Madison Avenue is also the only place in the Tampa Bay area where you can find a 32-inch pizza! Don’t miss out.

    Alésia 

    For some amazing French-Vietnamese eats, head to Alesia on Central Ave in West St. Pete. A family-owned restaurant, Alesia serves up classics like Banh mi sandwiches, pho and Asian beef stew, and delicious desserts. Enjoy your meal in their dining room or on their gorgeous outdoor patio. Also available onsite are meat and provisions store, KNOOUK, where you can grab all the ingredients to cook up your own Vietnamese meal at home along with imported wine and local artisanal goods.

    Social Roost

    Social Roost was voted Tampa Bay’s best new restaurant for 2021, and they serve up swanky cocktails and elegant takes on comfort food classics. Serving brunch, lunch, and dinner, you can get a stack of fluffy pancakes topped with fresh berries, chicken and waffles, delectable short ribs, or crispy salmon for dinner. And dessert is just as indulgent with offerings including: gooey chocolate brownies, bread pudding and cheesecake. Dine in their cozy yet stylish atmospheric dining room or grab a drink at the bar. Located in Downtown St. Petersburg, this spot is just a short walk from the bay.

    Ted Peters Famous Smoked Fish

    A family-owned and operated joint for over 70 years, Ted Peters casual dining spot is known as one of best restaurants in the South Pasadena area, and was even featured on Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives on the Food Network. Each fish is smoked for 4 to 6 hours over a fire of smoldering red oak and served fresh. Customers sit at picnic tables under an outdoor pavilion and enjoy. Not into fish? They also offers burgers, sandwiches, and hot dogs. There’s something for everyone here!
